PEA Smart Plus offers the following main functionalities:

1. Electricity consumption monitoring.
2. Locating payment locations for electricity bills.
3. Generating QR codes and barcodes for payments at designated electricity bill payment centers.
4. Enabling users to report power outages through the application.
5. Disseminating news and information from the Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA).
6. Displaying PEA's event calendar.
7. Allowing users to submit feedback or complaints.
8. Reporting electricity-related issues to the PEA Call Center.
9. Contacting PEA via email, PEA website, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram.
10. Opting in or out of SMS notifications for additional services provided by PEA, such as receiving advance notice of electricity bills two days before the due date for residential users and receiving notifications before automatic deductions from bank accounts or credit cards.
11. Permitting payment of electricity bills through credit cards and bank accounts.
